Software Engineer · DevOps
Building and maintaining systems for one of Cambodia's growing tech operations. Mobile and infrastructure work, with a focus on keeping deployments boring (in the best way).
Software engineer & DevOps. I build mobile apps with Flutter, keep things shipping smoothly, and try to leave every system calmer than I found it.
I'm Phireak — a software engineer and DevOps from Cambodia. I'm a pretty chill person until the build breaks, and then I get competitive in the most quiet way possible.
Most days I'm building mobile apps in Flutter or fixing the pipelines that ship them. I love the moment a messy system finally clicks into something simple — it feels a lot like walking outside after rain.
Off the keyboard, I'm usually somewhere green, somewhere quiet, or being judged by a cat. I think nature and code have the same rules: the simpler the system, the longer it lasts.
Three human languages, a handful of programming ones. I'm strongest in Flutter and most comfortable somewhere between mobile and infrastructure.

Technical Support & Engineering
Provided engineering and technical support at the Ministerial level — translating real-world workflows into systems that hold up under pressure.
Technical Support & Engineering
Worked alongside the Ministry of Health team on digital tools and operational support. Learned a lot about building software for environments that don't care about your stack — only that it works.
A few things I've built — and a few slots I'm keeping open for the next ones.
A Flutter app built end-to-end — clean state management, offline-first, and a UI I'd actually use myself.
An internal CI/CD setup that turned a flaky release process into a one-button affair. Fewer 2am pages, more sleep.
A growing collection of small scripts that automate the boring 20% of my week. Each one saves about ten minutes — that adds up.
Drop your photos into the slots below — they live here forever after you do. Cats, nature, the views I keep going back to.
Whether it's a project, a question, or a recommendation for the best ramen in Phnom Penh — I read everything.
